Welcome to BookChauffeur. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.bookchauffeur.co.uk and our chauffeur services. By using our website or booking a journey with us, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Company Information

BookChauffeur is operated by BookChauffeur Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment or a valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely via encrypted gateways.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% charge
  • Cancellations within 2 hours or no-show: 100% charge
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Waiting Time

  • Airport collections: 60 minutes free waiting from actual landing time
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes free grace period
  • Additional waiting time is charged at £35–£60 per hour (depending on vehicle class)

5. Changes to Booking

Any changes to pickup time, location, or passenger details must be notified at least 2 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide a clean, modern Mercedes-Benz vehicle as booked
  • Professional, licensed, and vetted chauffeur
  • Flight monitoring and meet & greet service (where selected)
  • Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup time, address, and flight details
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time
  • Ensure all passengers behave appropriately and wear seatbelts
  • No smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol in the vehicle
  • Report any damage or soiling — cleaning charges may apply

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or flight changes beyond our control
  • Lost property is held for 30 days. Return postage is chargeable
  • We carry full public liability and hire & reward insurance

9. Complaints

We aim to provide excellent service. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours at support@bookchauffeur.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
